Field Executive Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage the startup and adjustment of elevators and escalators
• Verify and check pre-adjustment forms completed by supervisors
• Participate in monthly Tool Box Talks (TBT)
• Coordinate monthly planning for job startups and adjustments with supervisors
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety and quality standards during adjustments
• Report elementary trouble reports (FTR/ETR) to Field Engineering

Requirements

• Diploma or BE in Engineering
• 3-6 years of experience in installation within the elevator industry
• Expertise in elevator and escalator adjustment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, assertive, and result-oriented mindset
