Field Execution Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
• Call on target accounts and sell in PDQs and displays
• Communicate sales leads to the territory manager
• Ensure account shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised
• Rotate backstock according to account guidelines
• Place point of sales materials as approved
• Participate in new store openings and store resets
• Conduct product demos upon request
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track via sales app
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and excellent driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
