Field Execution Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
• Call on target accounts and sell in PDQs, displays, and end cap placements
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager
• Expand product distribution within approved guidelines
• Ensure account shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow
• Rotate backstock to existing displays and racks
• Place point of sales materials as approved
• Participate in new store openings and store reset support
• Conduct product demos upon request
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them via the Celsius sales app
• Submit weekly work logs including mileage

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday)
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and excellent driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle (allowance provided)
• Ability to live within the assigned county area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
