Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist superintendents with the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and eight-week look aheads
• Coordinate and manage material deliveries and subcontractor activities
• Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of project site safety programs and QA/QC measures
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including working documents and field inspections
• Assist with the implementation of SWPPP measures and documentation
• Attend and document weekly Foreman meetings and lead weekly On-Site Safety Meetings
• Help ensure the timely completion of punch lists and work completion lists

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience
• 1–3 years of relevant project field experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic familiarity with MS Project or P6 scheduling software
• Experience or familiarity with project management software such as Prolog, Viewpoint, or CMiC
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
