Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute test procedures at stationary or mobility test locations
• Perform quality assurance, manual testing, and software testing
• Analyze modem, network, and application logs
• Maintain inventory and follow security protocols for equipment
• Manage shipments to and from the office location
• Prepare and send daily technical reports

Requirements

• Experience in test execution, QA, manual testing, and software testing
• Proficiency in modem, network, and application log analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic understanding of 5G concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MediaTek, Samsung, or Qualcomm chipsets
• Knowledge of Python for minor script configuration changes
• Experience with automation testing tools and mobile device testing
• Familiarity with SQL, DB architecture, and PowerBi
• Understanding of IMS protocol, e911 procedures, and LPP
• Experience with JIRA and writing defect reports
• Familiarity with 5G Data and Call Performance KPIs
