About the role

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop Adjusters, Electricians, and Apprentices, including the creation of training materials.
  • Provide technical support to Construction and Service operations to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure installation quality and performance conform to contract specifications and company standards.
  • Attend customer and service handover inspections for New Equipment and Modernization projects.
  • Analyze defects liability call rates and provide guidance to address problematic areas.
  • Coordinate with the Field Engineering Manager to ensure availability of state-of-the-art tooling.
  • Forecast Adjuster manpower and provide hands-on on-site project support to meet commitments.
  • Perform GEN 360 technical analysis.

Requirements

  • Recognized qualifications as an Adjuster with 5-8 years of experience with Lift products.
  • Valid Electrical License and/or appropriate Trade Certificates.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel and work remotely as needed.
  • Proficiency in mobile applications and computer-based reporting systems (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a Supervisory certificate, such as Front-Line Leadership.
