Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and operational support for mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
• Maintain system performance and availability through incident and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and technical challenges across various technology stacks.
• Work closely with Field Services Engineers and Technical Support Operations to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the resource calendar to ensure all Maintenance Agreement (MA) deliverables are fulfilled.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss service availability, performance, and project scope.
• Plan and execute technical tasks and troubleshoot design-related issues according to established processes.

Requirements

• Engineering or Sciences degree OR 4+ years of experience as a System Manager or in Field Service.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: Broadband PTT, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, or Networking equipment.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English and Arabic.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia indefinitely (sponsorship is not available).
• Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50-75% as required by the role.
