About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, equipment estimates, and material pricing
  • Support the development of cost estimates, proposals, bid packages, and project execution plans
  • Support field supervision and project management teams in the execution of construction activities
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports
  • Track project costs, quantities, labor performance, and schedule progress
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and participate in site inspections and audits
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities to support project objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting large construction, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate temporarily or permanently to project sites as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting industrial, power, energy, utility, heavy civil, or process facility projects
  • Experience with quantity takeoffs, estimating software, scheduling software, or project controls systems
  • Prior field experience or internships on active construction projects
  • Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
