About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support field service equipment activities including installs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
  • Quote and specify projects, preventative maintenance, and service requests
  • Act as an OEM and Vendor liaison
  • Conduct industry-appropriate training for customers and staff regarding troubleshooting and repair
  • Participate in plant surveys to identify customer and Field Service needs
  • Support and execute customer chemical trials to achieve performance objectives
  • Maintain RCRA compliance and participate in health and safety training

Requirements

  • Ability to travel extensively with frequent overnight stays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
  • 3-5 years of related field experience
  • Experience identifying and writing project scopes
  • Experience specifying equipment and partnering on implementation
  • Experience starting up field devices
