About the role

Responsibilities

  • Travel to drilling and completions locations to train customers and service crews on the Corva platform
  • Install and maintain Corva completions hardware across Frac, Wireline, Pumpdown, and Coiled Tubing operations
  • Troubleshoot data flow, sensor, and connectivity issues on-site and escalate when necessary
  • Provide on-call field support for data-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Maintain accurate field visit records, inventory counts, and installation documentation
  • Coordinate with service companies, third-party vendors, and the Operations team to resolve issues quickly
  • Identify recurring field issues and provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Support teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in drilling or completions operations
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or Field Engineer at a frac or drilling service company
  • Working knowledge of electronic drilling recorder (EDR) systems and completions data acquisition
  • Proven ability to diagnose data anomalies and resolve field issues independently
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Electronics or a related technical field
  • Hands-on experience with real-time drilling and completions operations
  • Familiarity with frac van software packages and common oilfield service workflows
  • Current Safeland and H2S certifications
  • Working knowledge of HSE protocols specific to oil and gas
