Responsibilities

• Travel 80–90% of the time to support customer sites
• Install and implement Augury’s hardware and services in industrial environments
• Partner with customers to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction
• Manage administrative tasks including service reports, inventory returns, and asset tracking
• Conduct site surveys, customer training sessions, and technical scoping calls
• Document field activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with Reliability Systems Managers to optimize product performance

Requirements

• Residence in Northeast or Midwest US within one hour of a major airport
• 5–10 years of experience installing or troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical systems, or wireless systems
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
• Experience working in industrial environments with adherence to safe work practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Vibration Analysis Category I or II certification
