Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers as a technical advisor
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs, guiding best practices for rollout and prompt strategy
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
• Act as a technical advocate internally to influence product roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Maintain deep knowledge of Cursor’s capabilities and the competitive landscape
• Support strategic account planning and technical validation for expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering structures
• Hands-on technical ability and fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and debugging
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting for enterprise software
• Ability to thrive in a resourceful and proactive startup environment
