About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Performance Consulting by transforming field enablement into high-stakes consulting
- Optimize the sales funnel by mapping and accelerating complex deal stages
- Collaborate with Value Engineers, Solution Architects, and Account Executives to drive wins
- Deploy AI-aided coaching using Gong to deliver precise training interventions
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to refine segment-specific plays
- Program manage global customer success enablement initiatives with clear success metrics
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant professional work experience
- Minimum 2 years in Enablement or a direct quota-carrying Account Executive role
- Proven ability to influence leadership as a consultative partner
- Ability to use data and numbers to tell compelling, persuasive stories
- Deep understanding of enterprise tech stacks and workflows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
