Field Enablement Manager, Product & Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for field product and partner enablement
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training
• Maintain a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo excellence, and partner readiness
• Reinforce positioning of Glean’s platform and AI capabilities across field teams and partners
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using data
• Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, or related GTM roles in an enterprise environment
• Proven track record of scaling enablement programs for direct field teams or partner ecosystems
• Experience with AI products or enabling audiences on emerging AI capabilities preferred
• Experience with Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools
• Strong project management and analytical skills
