Field Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Independent planning and coordination of inventory dates in hospitals throughout Switzerland
• Conducting inventories and stocktakes of medical technology products on-site
• Analysis and clarification of inventory differences together with hospital contacts
• Creation of inventory reports and documentation of results
• Performing software updates on medical technology products and supporting product exchanges and returns
• Maintaining and supporting customer contacts in German and ideally French, Italian, or English

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics, technical, or commercial fields
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Analytical thinking skills and strong solution orientation
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills (FR/IT/EN) are an advantage
• Category B driver's license and willingness to travel within Switzerland
