Field Customer Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training to nurses and caregivers on device operation, maintenance, and reading interpretation
• Facilitate seamless device installations, including calibration, pairing, and network connectivity testing
• Provide on-site technical troubleshooting for hardware or software malfunctions and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with installation teams to deploy RPM devices such as sensors and monitors at healthcare facilities
• Maintain detailed service logs, installation records, and customer interaction documentation
• Manage inventory of devices, peripherals, and replacement units to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, facility protocols, and hospital infection control standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clinical coordination, medical device installation, or healthcare technology support
• At least one active certification: CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA)
• Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
• Strong clinical knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical devices
• Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train clinical staff effectively
