Field Customer Agent

Responsibilities

• Intervene at consumer sites to conduct surveys, verifications, and water meter replacements
• Perform leak repairs at meters
• Conduct meter index readings
• Perform compliance checks
• Carry out measurements for new drinking water or sanitation connections
• Track daily activity using company tools and applications
• Participate in the maintenance of regulation devices and network accessories
• Participate in on-call duties

Requirements

• Technical initial training
• Experience in water and sanitation networks preferred
• Multi-technical skills
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
• Strong customer contact skills
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
