About the role
Responsibilities
- Intervene at consumer sites to conduct surveys, verifications, and water meter replacements
- Perform leak repairs at meters
- Conduct meter index readings
- Perform compliance checks
- Carry out measurements for new drinking water or sanitation connections
- Track daily activity using company tools and applications
- Participate in the maintenance of regulation devices and network accessories
- Participate in on-call duties
Requirements
- Technical initial training
- Experience in water and sanitation networks preferred
- Multi-technical skills
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
- Strong customer contact skills
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
