Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technical validation from discovery through expansion, owning the technical narrative
• Act as a consultative, executive-level partner to customer technology leadership
• Translate customer modernization goals into executable AI-native roadmaps
• Lead enterprise-scale architecture assessments and proofs of concept
• Apply hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying AI code-generation models
• Advise customers on software supply chains, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling
• Partner with Enterprise AEs and Customer Success to align technical strategy with commercial growth

Requirements

• Experience as a Field CTO, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or senior technical executive
• Deep, hands-on experience with AI code-generation models and autonomous development frameworks
• Proven track record leading enterprise architecture assessments and POC cycles
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDPICC
• Exceptional executive communication skills for C-suite interactions
• Experience guiding enterprises through large-scale modernization or AI-adoption
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven history implementing AI code-generation initiatives at scale
• Familiarity with LLM training, inference optimization, and evaluation metrics
• Prior startup experience
• Public-speaking experience or thought-leadership in AI engineering
