Field Coordinator/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Work with superintendents to interpret drawings, prepare work plans, schedule material deliveries, and ensure quality of field operations.
• Office Coordination: Perform takeoffs from drawings, generate change orders, build schedules, track costs, and supervise subcontractor operations.
• Estimating: Perform takeoffs, analyze project data, review plans and specifications, and assist with bid preparation.
• General: Perform various engineering and construction tasks as assigned based on specific project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or college degree in civil engineering or a similar field.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outside on a rotation schedule or relocate based on project needs.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
