About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline representative based in partner hospitals to interface with families facing loss
- Plan, lead, and execute funeral services on the ground with a small team
- Coordinate with Account Executives to receive service requests and provide timely updates
- Address customer needs with high attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Build professional relationships with hospital staff and communicate company values
- Prepare necessary tools, documents, and paperwork required for service execution
- Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of professional experience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional in appearance and conduct
