About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation for complex projects
- Provide leadership and oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program
- Manage punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and oversee start-up and commissioning activities
- Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems
- Proven ability to manage workforce requirements and monitor project progress
- Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers or airports
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes
