Field Coordinator - MEP

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects
• Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program
• Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems
• Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems
• Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities
• Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes
