Field Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the Crete location
• Coordinate and supervise volunteers on site
• Implement regional strategy based on humanitarian context
• Maintain partnerships with local stakeholders and humanitarian actors
• Manage material and financial resources for program delivery
• Supervise staff and volunteer teams, including inductions and follow-ups
• Monitor humanitarian needs and propose new interventions
• Identify fundraising opportunities and support grant applications
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of equipment and donations
• Conduct networking to build collaborations with partners and donors
• Facilitate weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 6 months experience as a project or operations manager
• Leadership experience with multicultural teams
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Ability to work in high-paced emergency environments
• Valid Greek driver's license
• Experience in humanitarian organizations or volunteer management
• Proven problem-solving skills
