Field Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments across gas plant and construction activities
• Monitor and support Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, risk assessments, and safe work practices
• Coordinate environmental monitoring, waste management, spill response, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking
• Implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety and environmental awareness programs, and contractor training
• Prepare compliance reports, analyze inspection findings, and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in gas plants, construction, or mega projects
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor preferred
• Strong knowledge of EMS, SMS, and Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Hands-on experience in field compliance inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Proficiency with PTW, LOTO, and environmental monitoring protocols
