Field Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Investigate the cause of sales outliers, consumer complaints, and business violations
• Submit written investigation summaries and recommendations for corrective or disciplinary action to the AVP
• Maintain accurate records of investigation summaries and related data reports
• Communicate with Sales teams regarding investigations and provide recommendations for corrective behavior
• Conduct training sessions with the Sales Force as needed
• Assist in the preparation and updating of administrative materials, manuals, and flyers related to field business practices
• Perform research for special projects assigned by the AVP of Field Compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong research, data gathering, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
