Field Collection Agent

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in person to request and ensure timely bill payments.
• Conduct professional communications and negotiations with customers in compliance with company guidelines.
• Record all customer interactions, payment statuses, and actions taken accurately in the company system.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to handle complex collection cases.
• Ensure all collection activities adhere to regulations and company policies, including personal data protection.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Provide feedback to improve collection processes and workflows based on field experience.

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK education (D3/S1 preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in field collection (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Must own a two-wheeled vehicle.
• Proficient in using Google Maps and familiar with assigned territories.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High mobility, good time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Target-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems or collection software.
• Proficiency in English.
