Field Clinical Specialist Electrophysiology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical support in laboratories and during medical procedures
• Perform troubleshooting and provide system and software support for medical technologies
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams regarding EP technologies
• Support clinical procedures and development within assigned EP laboratories
• Provide feedback to development, marketing, sales, and clinical teams to drive product improvement
• Build and maintain professional relationships with medical staff and key decision-makers
• Analyze customer needs and develop solutions through interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedicine, Medical Technology, Natural Sciences, or relevant professional experience in a cardiac catheterization lab
• Experience in clinical environments or medical technology (experience in Electrophysiology is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information
• Proficiency in German and English
• High willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern Bavaria region
• Ability to work flexibly in dynamic, high-pressure clinical environments
