About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and sales representatives during implant procedures.
- Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
- Educate customers on product merits and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attend unit implants in hospital labs and operating rooms to ensure patient and customer success.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how company products meet patient care goals.
- Support clinical trials by managing technical support, site authorization processes, and study procedures.
- Provide continuous training and education to clinical center personnel regarding trial protocols and product features.
Requirements
- Medical bachelor’s degree or equivalent medical education background.
- Proven experience with medical devices, specifically CIEDs (Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices).
- Strong clinical advising and educating skills with the ability to build credibility with surgeons and OR staff.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English (oral and written).
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by clinical schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid EHRA and/or IHBRE certification.
- Previous experience working within a hospital environment.
