Field Clinical Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation
• Maintain credentials to enable access to assigned hospitals and clinics
• Provide technical leadership and education to account clinical staff in the assigned region
• Offer post-training follow-up, including procedural reviews, in-servicing, and support
• Assist customers with device troubleshooting
• Collaborate with sales personnel to provide appropriate training and support for targeted customers
• Disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and the sales team
• Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry experience (OR) Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of applicable Inspire experience (OR) Associate's degree/Professional Certification and 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science, or a technical discipline
• Previous experience providing Operating Room (surgical) coverage with implantable devices
