Field Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time to provide clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists.
• Develop peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals, teaching treatment planning and new digital workflows.
• Plan and execute interactive roundtables with customers to drive case discussion and peer-to-peer learning.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory in KSA.
• Provide coaching to healthcare professionals to help them become educators to their peers.
• Coordinate and execute Align educational programs to support predefined business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dentistry or Orthodontics.
• 4-6 years of directly related clinical or professional experience.
• Native Arabic speaker with good English writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to train medical staff effectively on product usage.
• KSA resident with a transferable Iqama is preferred.
