About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business objectives and market share growth in the Ahmedabad and Mehsana territories
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 8 Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs)
- Manage territory-level deliverables including prescriptions, HCP coverage, and engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and core doctors
- Partner with the Customer Development team to ensure chemist servicing and POB execution
- Ensure 100% compliance and timely e-reporting by the field team
- Execute HCP activity engagement and scientific Continuous Medical Education (CME)
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharm degree
- 6-8 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical MNC
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a people management role
- Proven track record of business delivery and successful new product launches
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with CRM tools
- Experience working within a digital framework for business reviews and reporting
