About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive business objectives by developing reporting team members and growing market share within the territory.
  • Manage territory-level deliverables including prescriptions, HCP coverage, and HCP engagement.
  • Lead and mentor Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), including outsourced staff, on detailing practices and compliance.
  • Own and maintain key relationships with core doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the territory.
  • Execute HCP activity engagement plans in collaboration with Activation Managers.
  • Work closely with the CD team to ensure chemist servicing and POB execution.
  • Ensure timely e-reporting and adherence to compliant processes by the field team.

Requirements

  • BSc or BPharm degree.
  • 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within an MNC.
  • Proven track record of consistent business delivery and successful new product launches.
  • Strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) skills.
  • High analytical ability and exposure to digital reporting frameworks.
  • Experience conducting scientific Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions.
