About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business objectives by developing reporting team members and growing market share within the territory.
- Manage territory-level deliverables including prescriptions, HCP coverage, and HCP engagement.
- Lead and mentor Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), including outsourced staff, on detailing practices and compliance.
- Own and maintain key relationships with core doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the territory.
- Execute HCP activity engagement plans in collaboration with Activation Managers.
- Work closely with the CD team to ensure chemist servicing and POB execution.
- Ensure timely e-reporting and adherence to compliant processes by the field team.
Requirements
- BSc or BPharm degree.
- 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within an MNC.
- Proven track record of consistent business delivery and successful new product launches.
- Strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) skills.
- High analytical ability and exposure to digital reporting frameworks.
- Experience conducting scientific Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions.
