Field Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Support assigned territories by growing business volume and meeting established growth goals
• Engage with prospective and existing agencies, end customers, and consumers in a professional manner
• Execute marketing and promotional initiatives, including in-store events, trade shows, and festivals
• Educate and train agents on company products, services, and rewards programs
• Merchandise agent locations according to brand standards to increase brand awareness
• Monitor daily production numbers and proactively address any decreases in agent volume
• Communicate market conditions, competitive pricing, and industry trends to the Marketing and Sales departments
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department on market research and various special projects

Requirements

• Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel 99% of the time within the assigned territory
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and a highly motivated, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the money transfer industry
