Field Automation Specialist III

Responsibilities

• Assist with wiring verification and point-to-point continuity checks on field-installed automation devices
• Support network bring-up activities under direction of senior technicians
• Assist with startup tasks for BAS and EPMS field devices
• Maintain field markups and assist with daily project reports
• Maintain company tools, test equipment, materials, and company vehicles
• Complete assigned OEM and internal training

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in controls, HVAC, or electrical
• Basic understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Ability to obtain OSHA-10 certification within 30 days of hire
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Office
• Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational training
• Experience with Rockwell Studio 5000, Ignition SCADA, or BACnet
