About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inventory audits, including inspection of motor vehicles and investigation/reconciliation of missing vehicles.
  • Review dealership files and records in conjunction with inventory audits to identify and relay risks to Ally operations.
  • Travel daily to various automotive dealership locations within the regional territory.
  • Communicate effectively with dealership personnel, third parties, and internal Ally teammates.
  • Maintain accurate time and expense reporting and ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained.
  • Promptly escalate non-compliant matters and proactively identify ways to mitigate risk.
  • Ensure all analysis is thorough, properly documented, and follows Information Security Standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active driver's license with a willingness to work a flexible schedule involving daily local travel and occasional overnight stays.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to perform clerical, administrative, and technical-based activities.

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or a related major.
