Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Conduct rental property showings for prospective tenants throughout the West Palm Beach area
• Prepare units before prospect arrival and ensure property accessibility and security
• Report prospect and property feedback to the Doorstead team
• Perform property evaluations at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies, capture detailed photos, and prepare basic reports using Doorstead tools
• Work independently to complete evaluations efficiently, averaging about one hour per property

Requirements

• Active real estate license required per company policy
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running evaluation tools
