Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Travel to rental properties in the Sonoma area to conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Prepare units prior to prospect arrival and ensure property accessibility and security
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Use Doorstead's mobile tools to document deficiencies, take detailed photos, and prepare basic reports
• Report prospect and property feedback to the operations team

Requirements

• Real estate license required as company policy
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of running mobile evaluation tools and taking high-quality photos
