Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Travel to rental properties in the Seattle area and conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Prepare units prior to prospect arrival and ensure property accessibility and security
• Report prospect and property feedback through appropriate channels
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies, take detailed photos, and prepare basic reports using Doorstead's mobile tools

Requirements

• Real estate license required as company policy
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool
