Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Conduct rental property showings for prospective tenants across the San Diego area
• Prepare units prior to prospect arrival and ensure property accessibility and security
• Report prospect and property feedback after showings
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies using Doorstead’s mobile tooling and take detailed photos
• Prepare basic evaluation reports through the company system

Requirements

• Active real estate license (required per company policy)
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running evaluation tools
