Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties in the Norfolk area and conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Prepare units prior to prospect arrival and ensure property accessibility and security
• Report prospect feedback and property observations to the team
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies and take detailed photos
• Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and basic functionality of electric and plumbing systems
• Prepare basic reports through the company system

Requirements

• Real estate license is required as company policy
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with frequent local travel
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of running the mobile evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos
