Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Conduct rental property showings for prospective tenants in the Houston area
• Prepare units prior to prospect arrival and ensure property accessibility and security
• Report prospect and property feedback to the team
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies, take detailed photos, and prepare basic reports using Doorstead’s mobile tools
• Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems

Requirements

• Active real estate license (required per company policy)
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent local travel and reliable transportation
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos
