Field Associate - Rental Property Showings

Responsibilities

• Travel to rental properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants
• Prepare units prior to prospect arrival and ensure accessibility and security
• Report prospect and property feedback to the team
• Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies, take detailed photos, and prepare basic reports using Doorstead tools
• Complete property evaluations independently and efficiently (average one hour per evaluation)

Requirements

• Active real estate license (required per company policy)
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent local travel in the Greensboro area
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running mobile evaluation tools
• Proficiency with mobile apps and smartphone photography
