Field Associate - Property Showings & Evaluations

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties in the Austin area to conduct showings for prospective tenants, ensuring units are prepped, accessible, and properly secured afterward
• Perform property evaluations to assess physical condition upon management start and during tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Document deficiencies using a guided app template, capture detailed photos and notes, and prepare reports through the company system
• Work independently and efficiently to meet expected turnaround times

Requirements

• Real estate license or property inspection certificate required
• Must be based in or around the Austin area and comfortable commuting to properties
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
• iOS or Android device (version 10+) capable of running internal apps and taking quality pictures
• Computer access with high-speed internet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and a professional, positive attitude
