Field Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants and ensure properties are secured after visits
• Report prospect and property feedback to the team
• Perform property evaluations at management start, move-ins, and move-outs
• Document deficiencies, take detailed photos, and prepare basic reports using Doorstead’s system
• Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and basic electric and plumbing functionality

Requirements

• Active real estate license
• Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with frequent local travel in the San Benito area
• Proficient with mobile apps and smartphone photography
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of running the evaluation tool
