Responsibilities

• Perform seed cleaning and preparation for sowing
• Execute seed treatment and prepare necessary sowing materials
• Perform sowing of assigned seeds both manually and with machinery
• Manage sowing in greenhouses
• Protect planted seeds and crops from birds
• Install and monitor irrigation equipment operation
• Perform crosses (emasculations and/or pollinations) as directed
• Support the collection of agronomic data
• Apply agrochemical products to crops
• Perform pollination and jiloteo of crops
• Execute harvesting of unit materials manually or with machinery
• Perform other support tasks as required by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• High manual dexterity and initiative
• Competencies in critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
