Field Assistant

Responsibilities

• Promote pesticide products through demonstration plots, branding, and farmer visits
• Execute sell-out activities
• Collect and analyze data regarding farmers, markets, and sales
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural stores
• Provide product education to farmers and store partners
• Create regular activity reports and market analyses

Requirements

• Male
• Minimum SMK education, preferably in Agriculture
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field, specifically with pesticide companies
• Experience handling the assigned placement area is preferred
• Target oriented regarding activities and sales
• Willingness to work mobile and conduct farmer visits
• Willingness to be relocated to other cities/regencies
• Must possess a private vehicle and an active driver's license
• Willingness to work under a third-party (outsource) contract
• Ability to join immediately
