Field Assembly and Installation

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite assembly, installation, diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial power systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of parts, fuel, and exhaust systems
• Fabricate and install custom parts or components using hand and power tools
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineered drawings
• Coordinate field service appointments and develop troubleshooting plans
• Maintain detailed service reports and accurate timekeeping
• Communicate quality control and engineering issues to drive product improvements

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel 90% of the time with little to no notice
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and precision instruments
• Understanding of electrical schematics and technical manuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a millwright or industrial electrician
• Experience working at heights or in high-pressure environments
• Mechanical experience with fuel/exhaust systems and piping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
