About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions on ATE for Digital, High-Speed Digital, SoC, Mixed Signal, and Analog semiconductor devices
- Build expertise in SLT (System Level Testing) system integration
- Perform test program software development in collaborative environments
- Review load board and probe card schematics for design and layout
- Analyze technical problems and recommend solutions on Teradyne ATE platforms to optimize customer throughput
- Work closely with customer test engineers to improve test processes and coverage quality
- Manage the release of test solutions to production, including correlation and gauge R&R
- Discover customer requirements regarding hardware, software, and test cell integration
- Provide technical training, exchanges, and documentation to customers
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor testing industry
- Hands-on experience with IC component testing project development
- Proven experience in testing Digital, High-Speed Digital, SoC, Mixed Signal, or Analog devices on ATE platforms
- Proficiency in software programming (specifically .NET, C#, C++, C, or Java)
- Ability to travel 25% or more, both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SLT, functional testing, and system-level debugging
- Development experience on Teradyne platforms (UltraFlex, UltraFlexPlus, IG-XL) or competitors (Advantest V93K, etc.)
- Knowledge of handler and prober interface experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
