Field Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution of customer demos, evaluations, and proof-of-concept deployments
• Configure, deploy, and debug Lyte’s perception systems across hardware, firmware, and software layers
• Support customer integration efforts including sensor placement, system bring-up, and calibration

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with robotics systems or perception stacks
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ for system bring-up and debugging
• Strong systems-level understanding of robotics platforms combining hardware, sensors, and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics middleware such as ROS / ROS2
• Familiarity with perception algorithms or sensor fusion concepts
• Prior experience supporting robotics or AI system deployments
