Field Application Specialist - CDG

Responsibilities

• Drive short and long-term sales results within the Quality Control and informatics solutions application areas
• Generate new business opportunities through scientific demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and training sessions
• Provide technical field application support for customers in collaboration with Technical Support, Service, and Sales teams
• Target and engage high-value customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Key Decision Makers at strategic accounts
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of technology and applications to train the sales team and identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory sciences or a relevant scientific discipline
• Proven experience in sales and/or laboratory environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting at professional seminars, workshops, or training sessions
• Proficiency in Arabic
